Andrew Hart is the founder, CEO and CCO of Next Capital Management (NEXT). NEXT began in 1998 as an affiliate of Bear Stearns where Andrew was a Senior Managing Director from 1998 through 2007. Prior to founding NEXT, Andrew was a Vice President in the Private Client Services division of Goldman Sachs. During his 8 years at Goldman Sachs, Andrew oversaw a team that managed investments for high net worth individuals and families. Andrew received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1990 and a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. Prior to receiving his M.B.A., he worked as an Analyst for Abner, Herman & Brock, a Registered Investment Adviser for high net worth families, and as an Analyst for Theodore Barry & Associates, a Management Consulting firm. Andrew is active in various charities in his community.

Andrew Maniscalco is Vice President, Portfolio Systems and Operations for Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for broadly supporting the firm’s advisors and clients, along with dedicated roles in portfolio implementation, reporting, and analysis. Andrew is a recent graduate of Iona College’s Hagan School of Business where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics. While at Iona, Andrew was an intern at Argo Partners, an investment firm dealing with distressed debt entities. As a distressed debt trader, Andrew worked with C-Suite level executives acquiring rights to over two million dollars of unsecured debt in corporate bankruptcies, and Canadian insolvencies. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, staying physically fit, reading mystery novels, and eating well with family and friends.

Carter Strid is an Analyst at Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for broadly supporting the firm’s advisors and clients. Carter is a recent graduate from Villanova University, where he majored in Economics, and minored in Spanish Studies. Prior to joining Next, he was a summer analyst at Dynasty Financial Partners, a Wealth Technology firm located in St. Petersburg, FL. Outside of work, Carter enjoys golfing, watching sports, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Cathi Sanford is the Chief Operating Officer for Next Capital Management, LLC. She is responsible for implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, overseeing daily operations, and establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. Cathi joined Next Capital Management in 2008 and has worked closely with advisors, clients and the NEXT team in various roles. Prior to joining NEXT, Cathi worked at Bear Stearns Securities Corp. where she was a Client Service Representative – Vice President for the Broker-Dealer Investment Advisor Services group. Cathi was previously employed as an Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. in the Restricted and Control Stock group and she was a Marketing Associate for a boutique brokerage firm. Cathi received her B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in International Business from Saint John’s University. She has a Certificate in Finance from New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Cathi is an active volleyball player and an active alumnus of Saint John’s. Cathi lives with her family in Westchester.

Christopher (Chris) Fineburg is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Next Capital Management, LLC, where he specializes in advising structurally complex ultra-high net worth clients. Chris is a member of the Investment Committee and Research Team where he is actively involved in identifying opportunities in capital markets and across the spectrum of alternative investments. Prior to joining he was a Managing Director at Rockefeller Global Family Office (Bostwick Walters Group) which acquired predecessor company Spearhead Capital Advisors which he joined in 2019. Prior to Rockefeller, Chris was employed by Greycourt & Co. for twelve years advising both US and non-US domiciled families and institutions on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. Prior to joining Greycourt in 2007, Chris was a Principal of Calibrated Asset Management, focused on researching and developing tax efficient, quantitative equity market neutral strategies. Chris also worked for Delaware Investments as an Assistant Vice President with responsibility for institutional relationships. Chris holds a BS in Finance from The Florida State University, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris Ofsthun is a Wealth Advisor at Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for working with individuals and families to manage their financial strategy and coordinate their comprehensive wealth management plans. He began his career at NEXT in 2010, progressing through portfolio management and client relationship positions before ascending to his current role of Wealth Advisor. Whether working with high-net-worth individuals or those who have just begun accumulating wealth, he understands the complexities and challenges that come with managing one’s finances. He strives to address his clients’ fears and apprehensions while helping them achieve their financial goals. Chris received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2010. He is an avid traveler, having visited 26 countries and 46 states, but these days you can find him exploring the Rocky Mountains outside his backdoor in Boulder, Colorado.

He is responsible for working with individuals and families to manage their financial strategy and coordinate their comprehensive wealth management plans. Prior to joining NEXT, he worked at Fidelity Investments where he focused on assisting Fidelity’s high net worth clients with holistic wealth planning and implementing investment portfolios to achieve their goals. Daniel is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds the Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he graduated Cum Laude. Dan enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Donna Redel is a Senior Advisor at Next Capital Management, LLC. Donna is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic 50 Inc., a firm that links top-level professional women to global consulting and project-based assignments. Prior to joining NEXT, Donna was the Managing Director and Board Member of the World Economic Forum and the only woman elected Chairman of the Board of the Commodity Exchange. She also served as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Prudential Securities for both the international and derivatives divisions. Donna has been instrumental in women’s issues for over 20 years; she founded the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the World Economic Forum, created the Women’s Health program at NY Presbyterian Hospital and continues her involvement in financial literacy programs. Donna is on the Board of Penn State Smeal School of Business, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Columbia University’s Paris Alliance Program, a founding Board Member of the Global Poverty Project USA, an Advisory Council member of the NY Presbyterian Hospital, as well as on its Dean’s Council and serving as President of the Lying-in Hospital. Donna received her law degree from Fordham Law, where she later developed and taught a course on Risk Management and Derivatives. She also received an M.B.A. from Columbia University School of Business and a B.A. from Barnard College. Donna lives in Manhattan with her husband.

Federico Ugarte is an Analyst at Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for broadly supporting the firm’s advisors and clients. Prior to joining NEXT, he was a Financial Advisor in Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Buenos Aires, where he was responsible for research and portfolio management for clients. Starting as a commercial assistant, he grew to manage clients' investment accounts, both on- and off-shore, balancing the commercial with the analytical skills of the role. He graduated from Torcuato Di Tella University in 2021 where he majored in Economics and where he is currently working toward a Master's degree in finance. Federico loves travelling, spending time with family and friends, and playing sports, especially soccer and rugby.

Frazer RiceDirector, Family Office Services

Frazer Rice is the Director of Family Office Services for Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for developing the firm’s Family Office Services offering and implementing it for select clients. Frazer has spent a more than twenty-year career advising high net worth clients and families around wealth management, estate planning and fiduciary issues. Most recently, he was the Regional Director for Pendleton Square Trust, building their presence in the Northeast and advising clients and advisers around fiduciary issues. He spent 16 years at Wilmington Trust advising high net worth clients and family offices, rising to the level of Managing Director in the firm’s New York office. Frazer has written the book Wealth, Actually: Intelligent Decision-Making for the 1% and produces the successful “Wealth Actually” Podcast. He appears on a variety of media and industry panels to discuss wealth management practice, trusts and estates, family dynamics issues, and tax policy. He is on the Board of the New York City Estate Planning Council and is Co-Head of its Programming Committee. He received his B.A. in Political Science and History from Duke University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Frazer lives in Manhattan and enjoys golf, travel, horror movies, media production and writing.

Jennifer McGreeveyVP, Client Relations

Jennifer McGreevey is Vice President, Client Relations at Next Capital Management, LLC. She is responsible for working with the firm’s advisors to help manage daily client operational needs and enhance their overall experience. Prior to joining NEXT, Jen held roles in client services and business process management at Fisher Investments and new client onboarding at Justworks. Her professional experience has allowed her to gain a breadth of knowledge in client operations and relations, business processes, and the financial services industry. Prior to beginning her career, she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master of Arts degree from Tallinn University, where she studied the humanities and social sciences. In her free time, Jen enjoys trying new restaurants, seeing live music, travelling to her next bucket list destination, and spending time with her family and friends.

Juan Cruz Minoyetti is an Analyst at Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for broadly supporting the firm’s advisors and clients, together with assisting the Family Office Services director. Prior to joining NEXT, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Supervielle Bank, Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he was responsible for monitoring public market transactions, and for the preparation of weekly presentations used with potential clients for the Debt Capital Market’s team. He was also involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including the preparation and maintenance of valuation models, preparation of the CIM, among others. He graduated from Torcuato Di Tella University in 2020 where he majored in Economics and is currently in his final year of a Master’s degree in finance at the same University. In his free time he enjoys hiking, fly fishing and reading science fiction.

Martina Link is an Analyst at Next Capital Management, LLC. She is responsible for supporting the firm’s advisors and clients, administrating portfolios, doing their reporting and analysis. Prior to joining NEXT, she held the role of Regional Financial and Planning Analyst for OLX Group, which is owned by Prosus, the international assets division of Naspers. Her main tasks there were performing quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, building budgets and forecasts and ad hoc analysis of the markets. Martina graduated with merits from Torcuato Di Tella University in 2019, where she majored in Economics. Apart from work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, having a healthy lifestyle and traveling.

She is a graduate of Montclair State University where she majored in Economics and minored in Business Administration. She lives in New Jersey and enjoys attending art galleries, going to concerts and practicing yoga in her free time.

Prior to joining NEXT in 2007, Ross worked at Merrill Lynch in The Global Private Client Group as a Financial Advisor, where he focused on high net worth individuals and corporations. Ross has extensive entrepreneurial experience having managed and owned several small businesses. He is an active fundraiser for the Staten Island Heart Society and previously served on their Board of Directors. Ross received his B.A. in Psychology from Kansas University and currently resides with his wife and two children in Summit, New Jersey.

Ryan Davis, CFA®, CAIA® is the Chief Investment Officer at Next Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for oversight of NEXT’s asset allocation, manager selection, and investment strategy, and works closely with the firm’s advisors and clients to implement portfolios. Prior to joining NEXT, Ryan was a senior analyst in the alternative investments group at Fortigent, an outsourced provider of research and technology services for high net worth advisory firms. At Fortigent, he was primarily responsible for the identification and due diligence of hedge funds and other non-traditional investment solutions. He also led the firm’s asset allocation research and helped manage multi-asset class and dedicated alternative investment portfolios. Ryan is a frequent speaker on alternative investments and his research has been featured in major industry journals and news sites. He graduated from the George Washington University with a B.S. in Economics and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation. Ryan lives in Long Island with his wife and children.

Teresa Armel is a Wealth Advisor at Next Capital Management, LLC, advising wealthy families and institutional clients. Prior to joining NEXT, Teresa was a Director and Wealth Advisor for Spearhead Capital Advisors (later merging with Rockefeller Capital Management under the Bostwick Walters Group where she was Wealth Advisor and Senior Vice President), serving in an advisory capacity to ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional clients. Her responsibilities also included investment manager research and selection. Teresa was also employed by Greycourt & Co, Inc. for twelve years, most recently serving as a Senior Associate Advisor to ultra-high net worth clients, focusing on investment strategy and strategic portfolio design. She also served on Greycourt’s Investment Committee and Discretionary Management Investment Committee. Prior to joining Greycourt in 2008, Teresa worked as a mortgage specialist, responsible for the origination and processing of mortgage loans to residential and commercial borrowers. She is a current member of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services organization and serves on the Executive Board for the Phoenix Chapter. Teresa is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®). She received her BS in business administration, majoring in finance, from Robert Morris University. She resides in Arizona with her husband and two sons. She enjoys golf and spending time with her family and friends.
